As you're ordering a jewelry piece from Norway, please note that there may be taxes, customs duties, and additional fees applicable to your order. These charges are determined by Norwegian customs authorities and are beyond our control. However, it is important to us that placing a jewelry order in the Au3 Online shop is easy and smooth!
Norway has a standard VAT rate of 25%, which applies to most goods and services imported into the country. This means that Norwegian customers purchasing products from a Finnish online shop like Au3 Online shop may be subject to paying Norwegian VAT on their orders. In addition to VAT, certain goods may also be subject to customs duties when imported into Norway. The amount of customs duties varies depending on the type of product and its value.

During our campaign from May 1st to August 31st, 2024, we will cover the Norwegian taxes and duties for all jewelry orders placed through the Au3 Online shop to Norway!
Please note that when making payments in a foreign currency, Norwegian customers may incur currency conversion fees from their banks or payment providers. These fees can vary depending on the payment method used and the financial institution.
We offer free insured shipping via DHL On Demand for jewelry orders over 500€. While the order is in the customs, DHL will request the Norwegian personal identification number or a copy of the customer's passport for the shipment.
