Au3 Goldsmiths designs and manufactures jewelry using high-quality materials. Each piece is crafted by our skilled goldsmiths in Helsinki, Finland. We create our own jewelry models and collections, and most of our pieces are made to order. Model pieces are displayed at our jewelry store on Unioninkatu 27 in Helsinki. When you find the jewelry of your dreams, you can place your order at our Helsinki store or safely and easily here in the Au3 Online shop.

THE PROCESS
We primarily manufacture our jewelry to order. Once you have placed and paid for your order, one of our skilled goldsmiths will begin crafting your piece. You will be notified when your jewelry is ready for collection at our store, or we can deliver it globally using secure, insured shipping.
Collection jewelry typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Special edition pieces or unique personalized items may require a longer timeframe, depending on the specifics of your order. We provide a certificate of authenticity for all materials and for each piece designed and crafted by Au3 Goldsmiths.
RING ORDERS
Ordering a ring requires accurate finger measurements. These measurements can be taken at our Au3 Goldsmiths store in Helsinki, or at any professional goldsmith store with customer service. You can also use our ring size chart (link below) to help determine your size. At Au3 Goldsmiths, we measure ring size by diameter (mm).
If you are unable to visit a goldsmith store, we offer guidance for measuring your finger at home (link below). If the size of the ordered ring doesn’t fit, we can adjust the size with reductions or enlargements. For our online shop customers, we offer free resizing of up to half a size up or down. Read more.

Duties and taxes outside EU
Our company, Au3 Goldsmiths, is based in Helsinki, Finland, where all our jewelry is thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted. As Finland is a member of the European Union, customers outside the EU should note that any customs duties or import taxes in your destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
