Refund policy
Au3 Goldsmiths accepts returns and exchanges. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Please note that unique jewelry and jewelry with special personalization cannot be returned or exchanged. Special personalization includes, but is not limited to, rare ring sizes:
- Women’s rings with diameters smaller than 15mm or larger than 20mm.
- Men’s rings with diameters smaller than 17mm or larger than 22mm.
Additionally, engraved jewelry with markings or personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.
Conditions of return
For returns, start with contacting us via email shop@au3.fi. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in original, new condition and in the original jewelry box to qualify for return or exchange. The original purchase receipt is also required. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds
Au3 Goldsmiths will refund the price of returned products without delay once the return has been received and processed. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the order. Au3 Goldsmiths reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has arrived back. Shipping costs are not refunded for orders, even if free shipping was offered. Ring size alteration
If the ring size needs to be altered, please contact Au3 Goldsmiths first by email (shop@au3.fi). We can adjust the ring to make it smaller or larger. We offer free size adjustments if the change is within half a size in either direction (+/- 0.5 size).
One free size adjustment will be provided if the ring is sent in for resizing within 30 days of the customer receiving the product.
If the delivery is incorrect, the product is faulty, or if the piece has gone missing during delivery, the customer must notify us at Au3 immediately via email shop@au3.fi.
