Shipping policy
The time from ordering to ready made piece from jewelry collection takes around 4-6 weeks. Some jewelry can be made more quickly. For jewelry with special personalization, the process typically takes more than 6 weeks.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination country, generally ranging from 2 to 7 days. All jewelry, including collection pieces, is made to order.
Partial shipments
We do not offer partial shipments. If your order includes both stock items (marked with a "fast shipping" label) and made-to-order jewelry, all items will be shipped together in a single shipment. If you wish to receive products at different times, we recommend placing separate orders.
Free shipping for orders over 500€
We offer free insured shipping for orders over 500€. Please note that in the event of a return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount, even if free shipping was applied to the order. The shipping cost will be deducted according to the table below.

Customs and import taxes
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply in the destination country. You will find more details at the checkout. Au3 Goldsmiths is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or the shipping company.

Returns & exchanges
Au3 Goldsmiths accepts returns and exchanges. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Start with contacting us: shop@au3.fi.
Please note that unique jewelry and jewelry with special personalization cannot be returned or exchanged. Special personalization includes, but is not limited to, rare ring sizes:
- Women’s rings with diameters smaller than 15mm or larger than 20mm.
- Men’s rings with diameters smaller than 17mm or larger than 22mm.
Additionally, engraved jewelry with markings or personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.
Conditions of return
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in original, new condition and in the original jewelry box to qualify for return or exchange. The original purchase receipt is also required. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
