Description
The richly organic Hauru diamond ring captivates with its undulating form. The vibrant matte surface and asymmetrically set sparkling diamonds are beautifully contrasted by the polished sides and inner surface of the ring. This 7mm wide ring tapers to 4mm on the underside, making it comfortable to wear. The ring is set with 14 H/VS diamonds with a total weight of 0.121 ct.
The gently curling forms of rakkohauru, echoing the soothing movement of the waves, inspired the design of the Hauru ring. Rakkohauru is a type of bladder wrack found along the Finnish coast and a sensitive indicator of the health of the Baltic Sea. The Hauru collection was born out of a love for the sea and the archipelago, reminding us of the importance of protecting them for the future.
The Hauru ring is available in several widths. The Hauru jewelry collection is crafted in recycled 18K yellow, rose, and white gold, 950 platinum, and recycled 925 silver. The collection also includes a cuff, necklace, and earrings.
The Hauru diamond ring was selected as a finalist in The Ring of the Year 2023 competition in Finland.
