Keto Meadow Heart necklace in 18K gold is a lovely and cute piece of jewelry featuring beautifully vibrant sapphires in a lively, floral design. It has 13 colorful sapphires (total 0.81ct). 

The heart necklace is available in three different chain lengths 42cm, 45cm and 50cm.
